If anyone in between intercepts your traffic, they will be unable to decipher what is inside. This causes some issues with web content filters. As an example, Google uses HTTPS on all of it's websites now. When you do a Google search, only you and Google know what your search query was. Our iBoss server would not be able to filter on searched keywords in this case. To fix this, we use a man-in-the-middle approach to decrypt your traffic to Google to see the searched keyword. For this to work, iBoss has it's own certificate that is presented when going to websites that we actively decrypt. For all of this to work seamlessly, your device must have the iBoss certificate installed.</ins></div></td></tr>
