How to Store Files in Network Drive
This is a guide on how to store files in your network drive. Every district employee has a network drive that only they have access to. It is useful for storing files district-wide, and being able to access them from any computer. It is also a great way to backup any files in case of hardware failure or summer reimaging by the technology department.

- 2.1 IMPORTANT!!! Use the "Circulation >> Item Status" section of destiny to check chromebook status before checking it back out to the student. If it says that the chromebook is currently assigned to a different building, transfer it to your building in the “Item Status” section to see who it was checked out to previously.
- 2.2 DO NOT check the chromebook out to the student if the previous checkout does not match their name. If it does not match, inform the Help Desk.
- 2.3 When a student gets their chromebook and returns the loaner, check out the chromebook to the student in Destiny. Check in the loaner.

When Checking in a Chromebook for Repair
Fill out the "Chromebook Repair Form" and tape it to the chromebook.
Check in the chromebook in destiny.
Check out a loaner to the student.
(optional) E-mail help desk/technician.
Give chromebook to building technician.
When Receiving a Chromebook from Repair

If a Student's Chromebook OR Loaner is Lost or Stolen
Check out a loaner to the student. Inform the Help Desk of the lost chromebook/loaner and the student's name. Your building tech will bring a replacement chromebook for the student. Do NOT check in a lost chromebook into Destiny, the Help Desk will take care of that. And they will contact the building’s financial secretary about charging the student.
If a Student's Chromebook Charger is Lost or Stolen
Give the student a replacement charger. Inform building financial secretary of loss so they can charge the student's account.
If a Student's Chromebook Charger is Damaged
Give the charger to the building tech along with a note of the student’s name. The technology department will determine whether to inform the financial secretary depending on the damage.
